Yes. Our cleaners are insured and bonded under our company policy for your protection and peace of mind.

Yes. Standard cleaning supplies and equipment are included in the hourly rate. If you require specialized products or equipment, an additional charge may apply.

Our preference is that the property be vacant while our cleaners are working, as it allows them to move freely and complete the job more efficiently. However, if you prefer to remain onsite, that’s absolutely fine. We ask you make arrangements with us prior to the cleaning to gain access to the property.

Yes. We just ask to be notified of pets ahead of time. Please note that we do not remove pet feces outdoors unless specifically requested, and all outdoor cleaning tasks must be approved in advance.

We do not provide landscaping or gardening. However, we can perform basic yard tidy-up such as picking up small debris.

Tips are never expected but always appreciated. 100% of gratuities go directly to the cleaner.
